  • Unlimited simultaneous devices: Connect devices as needed, but each plan still has a data allowance. Estimate your combined usage if you use multiple devices.
  • Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the panel to get the client and subscription. For iOS, follow the instructions shown in the panel.

Account and usage rules

  • No logs: The privacy policy applies regardless of plan size. See the privacy policy for details. This should not be taken as an absolute guarantee covering every type of activity.
  • No email address required: Create an account with a username and password. Keep your sign-in details and subscription information secure.
  • 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds: Read the refund policy before choosing a plan. For account or connection issues, contact support through a ticket in the user panel.

Streaming and AI tools are use cases, not bundled platform memberships. Access to specific content may depend on the platform’s region, account status and rules. This page does not guarantee access to content on any particular platform.

Choose a plan, then review your order

Select “Choose this plan” on a plan card to open the plans section in the user panel. If you’re not signed in, follow the panel’s instructions to set up your account. No email address is required; use a username and password. Before checkout, confirm whether the plan is monthly or a data pack, then check the price, data allowance and billing terms. Don’t mistake a total balance for a monthly allowance.

Choose Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT at checkout and follow the instructions for your current order. Don’t use details from an old order in place of the new one, or send payment receipts to unrelated pages. If you already have a plan and want to upgrade, check how the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. If anything is unclear, ask through a support ticket before proceeding.

Refund policy / Read the terms before submitting a request

Refund terms and plan allowances are separate matters. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket with the relevant order details and your request. See the refund policy for full eligibility; this short summary does not replace the policy terms.

Before submitting, confirm you’re using the payment account associated with the order and check the order and plan names. Don’t include unrelated orders in your request. You can provide the order details needed to describe the issue, but never send your account password, full subscription link or unrelated personal information. For connection issues, include the client platform and steps you took to help distinguish troubleshooting from a refund request.

After submitting your request, return to the same ticket to check for a response and provide any additional information requested. Refer to the records in the panel and ticket for the status of your refund and payment. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Compare recurring monthly allowances with a fixed data balance before choosing.

How many devices can I use at the same time?

There is no device limit. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider the combined usage across your devices when choosing a plan.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and include the relevant order details and your refund request. See the refund policy for full eligibility. Never send your account password or subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and review your order, then select a payment method at checkout. Return to the panel to confirm the order status. Don’t pay again until you’ve confirmed the result.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades handled?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the date shown in your account rather than assuming it falls at the start of the calendar month. Before upgrading, review the order and validity changes shown in the panel.

Should I choose a data pack or a monthly plan?

If you use the service regularly and your monthly needs are fairly consistent, compare the monthly plans. If you use it intermittently and don’t want a monthly allowance, consider a data pack. Data packs last until used and never expire, but used data isn’t replenished monthly. The two options have different data and validity rules.
