Service Scope
VPNAudio provides subscription services for cross-border access and network acceleration, with coverage in 100+ countries and 230+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain clients and subscriptions through the panel. Available routes are as shown in the panel; coverage does not mean every region always has the same route types.
This service provides network connectivity, not accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for third-party websites. Access regions, usage rules, and account eligibility for target platforms are determined by those platforms. A subscription does not guarantee access to specific content or features.
Account and Device Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Users should keep their login details and subscription links secure. Do not publish them, let others manage them, or import them into tools from unknown sources. If your credentials may have been exposed, change your password promptly, check your subscription status in the panel, and submit a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided the account holder uses them on devices they own or are authorized to manage. This does not permit account sharing with multiple people. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, publicly sharing subscription links, or using the service to provide network access to others is prohibited. Account holders are responsible for managing use on their authorized devices.
Subscriptions and Data Allowances
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before choosing a plan, check the data allowance, billing method, and order details. A monthly subscription does not mean unlimited data.
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check your order, payment status, and available subscription in the user panel. If anything does not match, contact support through a ticket.
You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for application and processing details.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of target websites and apps. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. The ability to establish a connection does not mean that the access, content obtained, or subsequent actions are authorized by law or by the relevant rights holders.
Do not use the service to commit fraud, infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, send spam, or disrupt network operations. Do not impair other users' connections through automated abuse or otherwise assist others in doing so.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on users' local networks, device settings, international links, and the status of target platforms. Maintenance, route adjustments, or external network failures may temporarily interrupt some routes. VPNAudio does not guarantee that all routes will remain available at all times, any particular speed, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.
If you experience a problem, check your client configuration, try another available route, and submit details of the issue. VPNAudio does not control limitations or outages affecting third-party services; responsibility will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes liability required by law or limits users' legal remedies. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For reselling, account sharing, unlawful use, or conduct that disrupts network operations, VPNAudio may suspend relevant connections or terminate account access based on the risk involved. If you disagree with this action, explain the situation and request a review through a user panel ticket. Outstanding orders and payment matters will be handled in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and update month. Changes affecting users' significant rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not be applied retroactively to diminish rights users have already obtained under applicable law. Please review changes before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and submit a ticket to ask how your existing subscription will be handled.
